Antalis pursues an active training policy in order to allow its employees to improve their skillsets, to fulfil their functions under the best possible conditions, and to optimally match the needs of the business to individual skills.

Antalis is focusing its action on training and the further development of its employees and executives through three main initiatives:

  • the Leadership programme, dedicated to the leaders of today and tomorrow, to acquire new skills in people and operations management, but also in change management.
  • an e-learning platform to develop employees’ individual skills, to dispense training on project or performance management, and to allow staff to acquire new technical expertise or to acquaint themselves with new products.
  • The WeConnect intranet, at the disposal of all employees in order to communicate, collaborate and network.
